Associate part of Demarest’s Infrastructure and Project Finance department, Luana Komatsu Falkenburger graduated as a Bachelor of Laws at the Law School of the University of São Paulo and obtained an LL.M. degree from Columbia Law School, in New York, USA. She has vast experience in project finance transactions, including the structuring of loans with local and foreign clients, development banks and multilaterals, as well as capital markets issuances of debentures and notes. Luana has worked for more than 15 (fifteen) years in the infrastructure sector, in different regulated sectors, such as energy, mining and oil and gas.
