Career

Partner of Demarest's Competition area, Daniel Oliveira Andreoli holds a master's degree in Corporate and Competition Law approved with merit in European and English Competition Law from King's College (University of London) and a Bachelor of Laws from PUC-SP. He has more than 18 years of experience, including acting in complex antitrust cases, representing a wide variety of domestic and international companies in concentration acts and in investigations initiated by the Administrative Council for Economic Defense (CADE). He has solid experience in negotiating and drafting leniency agreements, as well as cease and desist and merger control agreements. Daniel acts together with companies in competitive risk diagnostics, as well as formatting and implementing antitrust compliance programs. He represents clients in unilateral conduct investigations involving allegations of abuse of dominant position. He is also a speaker at numerous events related to the area and has published articles on the topic of competition in local and international publications.
