Partner in Demarest's Labor and Employment practice area, Celso Báez holds a specialist degree in Trade Union and Labor Relations from WCCA, a post-graduate degree in Labor Law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a bachelor's degree in law from the same institution. He is highly experienced in labor law, advising companies on highly complex labor projects, such as corporate restructurings, collective dismissals, compensation, negotiations involving senior executives, with significant expertise in investigations and procedures conducted by the Public Labour Prosecution Office. Among his main clients are companies in the pharmaceutical, chemical, auto parts, packaging and beverage and IT sectors, among others. Celso regularly advises the main companies in the Brazilian market, such as Sherwin-Williams, Drogaria São Paulo, EY, Bacardi, Komatsu, Ardagh, Dell, Banco Pan, among others..
