Senior Counsel

Marc Moubarak is a senior counsel in our International Dispute Resolution Group. Marc has extensive experience in litigation and contentious matters, having handled a broad range of disputes relating, inter alia, to contracts and commercial transactions, rent, employment, tax, telecommunications, construction, foreign investment, intellectual property, and corporate issues. He also advises on regulatory matters.  Before joining our firm, Marc worked for several years as an associate for a renowned international firm in Qatar. He has a deep understanding of Qatari laws and takes a creative approach in advancing the clients’ interests. Marc also handled a variety of cases in Lebanon and across the Middle East. Marc attended several programs in Europe and the U.S. to keep up to date with the recent developments in international law and international arbitration.
