Stuart Hammer chairs Debevoise’s Environmental Practice Group and is a member of the firm’s Mergers & Acquisitions Group. For more than 20 years, he has advised multi-national corporations, private equity firms and other entities on environmental issues associated with mergers and acquisitions, securities offerings, financings and other transactions involving facilities in the United States and overseas. He also advises companies on environmental, social and governance (ESG) issues and environmental disputes.
