Pierre Clermontel is of counsel based in the Paris office. Mr. Clermontel was previously Managing Partner of the firm’s Paris office. He has broad experience in corporate finance, capital markets transactions and mergers & acquisitions. Mr. Clermontel frequently advises issuers and lead managers in connection with IPOs and global offerings. He is also regularly involved in French and cross-border mergers & acquisitions and in acquisition finance transactions.

Prior to joining Debevoise in 2000, Mr. Clermontel worked with the French Commission des Opérations de Bourse, and then with Linklaters, where he was a partner in the Paris office.
