Position
Dmitry Karamyslov is an international counsel. His practice focuses on corporate and asset finance.
Mr. Karamyslov has extensive experience in aircraft financing transactions, mainly involving the Russian aviation market. He also advises on various types of corporate finance facilities, and has experience in the area of general corporate law, M&A and capital markets, including offerings at the LSE and AIM as well as bond issuances.
Education
Mr. Karamyslov graduated with honours from the Moscow State Academy of Law in 2004.
