Anna Maximenko is an international counsel, and leads the firms Russian regulatory practice. Her practice focuses on antitrust, data protection, contentious and non-contentious employment, including benefits and compensation, regulatory and compliance matters and FinTech. Ms. Maximenko also advises on M&A and general corporate matters in heavily regulated industries, such as banking, insurance, and healthcare and pharmaceuticals.

Ms. Maximenko graduated with honours from the Saratov State Academy of Law in 1999. She is a member of the Association of Antimonopoly Experts.
