Catherine Amirfar is Co-Chair of Debevoise’s International Dispute Resolution Group and the Public International Law Group, and a member of the firm’s Management Committee.
Education
Ms. Amirfar received a J.D. cum laude from New York University Law School in 2000, where she was a Root-Tilden-Snow Scholar. She served as an editor for the NYU Law Review and was awarded top honors in the NYU Orison S. Marden Moot Court Competition. Ms. Amirfar received a B.A., with honors, in International Relations from Stanford University in 1995. From 2000 to 2002, she clerked for the Hon. D.A. Batts, Southern District of New York.
