Natalia Drebezgina is a partner based in the Moscow office. Her practice focuses on mergers & acquisitions, general corporate practice, capital market transactions and commercial and contract law. She has extensive experience in advising foreign and domestic clients on various aspects of the acquisition of shares and participatory interests in Russian companies, including antimonopoly and regulatory matters; negotiating asset and share deals in various industries, including gold-mining and the oil and gas sector; and advising foreign and domestic clients on various issues with respect to their shareholdings’ structuring.

Ms. Drebezgina joined the firm in 2004 and became a partner in 2011. Prior to joining Debevoise, Ms. Drebezgina worked as an associate for a leading UK law firm in Moscow.
