Career
Drew Greene, a litigation shareholder in Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s Atlanta office, is experienced and battle-tested in a wide range of commercial litigation matters. Representing large and small businesses in challenges from cradle to grave, she maintains a singular focus: achieving the best possible outcome for her clients. Drew focuses principally on state and federal commercial matters and handles all types of pretrial work in business litigation, including discovery and dispositive motions. If a case requires going to trial, she provides aggressive representation in court and continues through the appellate stages of litigation.
Drew's work includes defense of small and large-scale investigations and claims against health care providers and employers by both state and federal agencies; plaintiff's securities fraud and RICO litigation; significant commercial litigation involving defense of fraud, breach of contract, and business tort claims; defense of tortious interference and breach of restrictive covenants claims; and breach of fiduciary duty and constructive trust claims.
Many of her clients are in the commercial real estate industry, planning and building retail and mixed-use developments that are shaping the landscape throughout Atlanta. She guides developers through all stages of the process, from negotiating contracts to litigating disputes and restructuring businesses facing Chapter 11 reorganization. Drew takes a forward-looking approach in her business litigation practice and always has her sights set on the end game. After understanding her client’s goals, assessing the big picture and identifying all possible outcomes, she relentlessly pursues the best way to get successful results for her client.
When a case has been languishing in someone else’s hands, Drew can view it with fresh eyes, examining the record and developing strategies to take up on appeal. Drew treats every case as if it involves her own business or family. She puts all of her effort into her work and it shows in the results she gets for her clients.
