Career

Ray is a Global Partner and the Head of Dorsey’s Beijing Office. He is qualified to practice in the State of New York, and has achieved the PRC’s legal professional qualification and Securities Practitioner Qualification.

Ray helps clients resolve international litigation and complex commercial disputes and achieve their strategic business goals through mergers and acquisitions, PE investments, foreign direct investments, intellectual property, advice on corporate governance and regulatory issues.

Before joining Dorsey, Ray worked for the Legal Department at the New York Branch of a major Chinese bank, focusing in the areas of financial projects, U.S. bank regulation, litigation management, legal processing, trademark, and fraud investigation.
