Managing Partner

Sigee is the managing partner in Dentons Hamilton Harrison & Mathews specializing in banking and finance. Sigee also has significant experience in real estate/conveyancing law where she advises real estate developers and in general corporate commercial law with a bias in business set-up in Kenya and advising on continuing corporate governance matters.

In her banking and finance practice, Sigee represents both Kenyan and foreign lenders with respect to secured and unsecured financing and has also acted for borrowers in local and cross-border financing transactions. She has acted as the lead advisor on several project finance transactions focusing on infrastructure projects being undertaken by the Government of Kenya.

Sigee has been ranked highly by international legal directories such as Chambers & Partners, IFLR1000 and Legal 500 for her depth of experience and leadership skills; as is evidenced by the number of highly complex transactions that have needed innovative solutions where she has been the team lead.
