Mariana Jatahy Rizzo Soares joined Ulhôa Canto in 1998 and became a partner in 2014. She is a specialist in tax law matters, including administrative litigation and consulting regarding direct tax law of individuals and legal entities.
Her active role in defending domestic and international corporations at the Administrative Council of Tax Appeals (Conselho Administrativo de Recursos Fiscais) – CARF and in tax litigation involving the most relevant national tax law matters is often acknowledged.
