Pedro Vianna de Ulhôa Canto joined Ulhôa Canto in 1998 and became a partner in 2016. He is a specialist in corporate law, capital markets and in tax law matters, including consulting, and administrative litigation on income tax matters concerning domestic and international transactions, especially in financial and capital markets.

Pedro was a foreign associate at Cleary, Gottleib, Steen & Hamilton in New York City, from 2006 to 2007. He is also the author of a number of tax articles in domestic and foreign publications, such as: “Cahiers de Droit Fiscal International” (at International Fiscal Association), “Tax Notes International” (at Tax Analysts) and “Tax Management International Forum” (at Bloomberg BNA).
