Position

Alexandra Kontos is one of the founding partners and currently the Senior Partner at Walker Kontos. She specialises in corporate and commercial work with particular emphasis in Finance and M&A including cross-border acquisitions. Alexandra's acumen, adeptness and vast experience has seen her commended as one of the go to lawyers in complex legal matters both in Kenya and regionally and has firmly established her as a leader of the pack. Recently she acted for a Development Finance Institution in the provision of a USD40 million term loan to a financial institution to be utilized for the provision of sub-loans to eligible sub - borrowers.
