Deepen is a partner in the firm’s corporate and finance department specialising in local and cross border M&A transactions, DFI investments, private equity and finance work, with expertise in competition law, project finance and syndicated lending transactions, and industry experience in the following sectors: renewable energy, telecommunication, banking, insurance, retail and real estate.

Deepen has a strong track record of guiding and advising clients, reputed for his depth of knowledge and responsiveness. Recently he acted for AutoXpress Holdings Mauritius Limited in connection with its acquisition of the entire share capital of Trentyre Uganda Limited from Goodyear SA, Luxembourg.
