Antitrust and Litigation Associate.  Mr. Joseph's antitrust and competition practice focuses on antitrust investigations and matters relating to the clearance of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and private equity transactions, representing clients before the U.S. Department of Justice and Federal Trade Commission. Mr. Joseph has experience representing clients in matters involving a wide variety of industries, including media, digital commerce, consumer products, food, financial services, aerospace and defense, technology and software, manufacturing, and education.

Mr. Joseph joined the Firm in 2014.

Mr. Joseph is a member of the American Bar Association, Antitrust Section. He is also Vice Chair of the Advertising Disputes & Litigation Committee of the American Bar Association, a member of the George Washington Law School Alumni Association Board, and a member of the Pathfinder Program of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity.

Mr. Joseph received his JD, with honors, from The George Washington University Law School in 2014 where he was the Executive Articles Editor of The George Washington International Law Review. He received his BA, magna cum laude, from Middlebury College in 2009.
