His areas of expertise include dispute avoidance/resolution, internal investigations, False Claims Act matters, suspension/debarment, DCSA/DSS matters, and transactional support. Joe has engaged in cases before various United States Courts of Appeals and District Courts, the United States Court of Federal Claims, and Boards of Contract Appeals.
