David has twenty-five years’ experience representing distressed investors, lenders, debtors, bondholders and creditor committees in bankruptcy cases, out-of-court restructurings, and distressed asset and debt transactions. David has represented the following Debtors in their successful Chapter 11 reorganizations: Oil and gas debtor Rosehill Resources (SD Texas), hardwood manufacturer Northwest Hardwoods (Delaware), Austin-San Antonio toll road operated SH 130 (WD Texas). The term loan lenders of California Pizza Kitchen in connection with its Delaware Chapter 11. He also he represents major funds Oaktree, HPS, Mudrick Capital, Apollo and Crescent Capital in connection with their distressed investments and workouts.
