Ashley Rogers is a partner in the Dallas office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. She is a member of the firm’s Litigation Department and practices in the Privacy, Cybersecurity and Consumer Protection practice group.

Ashley’s practice focuses on a wide range of consumer protection and data privacy matters. She has particular expertise in defending clients in the technology and internet industries in Federal Trade Commission and state Attorneys General investigations and enforcement actions, as well as in class action litigation and advisory matters involving consumer protection and data privacy issues.
