She represents real estate development companies, financial institutions, investors, and commercial lessors and tenants in all aspects of the acquisition, development and finance of hotels, condo-hotels, resorts, theme and water parks, and large mixed-use projects, including, without limitation, the negotiation of management, franchise, licensing and branding agreements, restaurant leases and management agreements, pre-opening, technical service and PIP agreements, marketing and sales agreements, subordination and non-disturbance agreements, executive compensation and consulting agreements, and celebrity chef joint venture and management agreements.
