Position
Jeremy Kenley is a partner in the London office of Gibson, Dunn and Crutcher and a member of the Real Estate Practice Group. Jeremy has broad experience advising clients in the UK, across Europe and Asia on a wide range of corporate matters, including cross-border mergers and acquisitions, disposals, fund formation, leveraged buy-outs and joint ventures.
Jeremy has a particular focus on all aspects of real estate private equity, including the formation of real estate private equity and debt funds, as well as related real estate and debt acquisitions, real estate mergers and acquisitions, real estate joint ventures and co-investment deals and structures, having advised clients on numerous high profile, cross-border, complex transactions in these areas.
