Chris Wilson is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group. Chris serves as co-chair of the firm’s Healthcare Practice, co-chair of the firm’s Committee on Racial and Ethnic Diversity, and as a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.

Known for its strong focus on transactional issues, Goodwin routinely acts for emerging tech companies, and healthcare and life sciences investors. David Cappillo and Chris Wilson jointly head up the practice from Boston, while James Gatta leads from New York; Cappillo primarily assists tech and healthcare companies with M&A and growth equity issues, Wilson is a private equity expert, and Gatta focuses on both government and internal investigations.
