Career
Lynette Elam is an partner in the firm’s Private Equity group and a member of the Private Investment Funds practice. She is also a member of Women@Goodwin and sits on its Boston chapter’s Leadership Committee. Lynette advises and represents clients with respect to all aspects of the structuring and operation of private funds across asset classes, with a primary focus on private equity. She counsels on fund structuring and capital raising strategies as well as day-to-day legal compliance and investor facing matters. Lynette has significant experience working with funds operating and raising capital in different geographies, including the United States/North America, Europe and Latin America. She is regularly involved in a variety of projects across the fundraising spectrum, from smaller funds to multi-billion-dollar investment programs. She joined Goodwin in 2014.
