Galien Devillers is an associate in the Private Equity group and Private Investment Funds practice at Goodwin.

He specializes in investment funds and regulatory matters. He advises clients, including private equity firms and other asset managers, on all legal and regulatory matters relating to the structuring, formation, fund raising, and operation of regulated and non-regulated investment funds.

His practice also focuses on private investment funds (private equity funds, real estate funds, debt funds, infrastructure funds, funds of funds, insurance dedicated funds) and their related operations and transactions.
