Associate

Louis is an associate in the firm’s Technology and Life Sciences groups, specializing in intellectual property. He focuses mainly on transactions in life sciences, including licenses, partnerships, R&D, manufacturing and distribution contracts. He also advises clients on intellectual property-related issues in connection with venture capital financings, M&A and private equity transactions.

Louis also advises clients on a broad range of intellectual property matters, including the protection of intellectual property rights portfolios, with an emphasis on the protection of trademarks, and has experience in litigation matters, in particular in relation to patent infringement claims.
