Marius is an associate in the firm’s Private Equity group in the Debt Finance practice.

Marius focuses his practice on leveraged acquisition finance and corporate finance. He represents banks, debt funds, financial sponsors and corporate borrowers on different types of financings.

Marius is fluent in German and English.
