Oana Millich is a partner in Goodwin's Private Equity group. She has over 14 years of experience in the financial industry in Luxembourg, with a core focus on the private equity sector, and experience across various other asset classes such as real estate, infrastructure and renewables funds, venture capital and secondaries, advising on a broad range of matters such as fund formation (including regulated and non-regulated funds), fundraising and carry and co-investment schemes. She also advises sponsors on investments and has extensive experience in corporate matters and funds financings.
