Jon Novotny is a partner in Goodwin’s Technology group. Mr. Novotny specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies and venture capital firms. His practice focuses on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and public offerings. Mr. Novotny’s general corporate counseling includes assistance with formation issues, prospective investor introductions, employment matters, equity incentives, securities law compliance and corporate governance matters.
