David Cappillo is a partner in the firm’s Technology group, and co-chair of the firm’s Healthcare practice, with a primary focus on advising high-growth technology and healthcare companies. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and growth equity, and securities laws. David is a key contributor to Goodwin's Founders Workbench, an online resource for start-ups, emerging companies and the entrepreneurial community.

David has been selected for inclusion in Chambers USA: America's Leading Lawyers for Business and has been recognized as a National Law Journal Trailblazer for his Mergers & Acquisitions practice. David has also been included in US News - Best Lawyers for his national emerging company and corporate practice.
