Gabrielle Gould is a partner in Goodwin’s Financial Industry practice. For more than 20 years, Ms. Gould has represented financial institutions, major corporations and individuals in a wide variety of securities and complex commercial matters in federal and state courts in New York and throughout the United States, as well as in arbitrations, mediations, regulatory inquiries and internal investigations.
