Michael Patrone is a partner in the firm’s M&A/Corporate Governance practice and a member of its Life Sciences group. Mr. Patrone’s practice focuses on all aspects of mergers and acquisitions, including representing both domestic and foreign entities, boards of directors, special board committees, private equity sponsors, and investment banks in public and private company transactions, joint ventures, cross-border transactions, minority investments, shareholder activism and governance disputes, financial advisory matters, and general corporate matters. Mr. Patrone represents a wide range of clients from a number of industries, including health and life sciences, technology, financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, and infrastructure.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2018, Mr. Patrone practiced in the M&A group at Gibson Dunn, and previously practiced in the M&A group at Davis Polk & Wardwell. Mr. Patrone is also a Certified Public Accountant.
