Carrie Miller is an associate in the Goodwin’s Business Law Department and a member of the firm’s Global Trade practice. Ms. Miller’s practice focuses on international trade and foreign investment matters, including U.S. export controls, sanctions and customs laws, and national security issues. She joined Goodwin in 2020.
