Career

Oliver Glynn-Jones is a partner in Goodwin’s Complex Business Litigation and Dispute Resolution and Financial Services Litigation groups. He is a solicitor advocate with over 20 years’ experience advising investment and retail banks, funds, issuers, bondholders and other financial counterparties in the resolution of complex corporate disputes, often with a cross-border element. He has litigated across many different fields of finance, with a particular focus on investment banking, structured finance and funds litigation. His work involves conducting court proceedings (where he has litigated cases to the Supreme Court), arbitral proceedings, managing multi-jurisdictional court proceedings and various methods of alternative dispute resolution.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2020, Oliver was a partner at Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner LLP, where he headed the firm’s Banking Litigation group and was global practice group lead for Commercial Disputes.
