Career

Céline Moille is a Counsel in Goodwin’s Financial Services Group.

She advises financial institutions (banks, funds, management companies, investment companies, investment platforms, payment service providers, digital asset service providers (DASP), e-money institutions) and innovative/tech companies, in particular Fintech, with respect to their distribution, compliance and regulatory matters.

Over the past few years, she has developed a cutting-edge expertise in digital transformation, in particular Blockchain technology and Web 3 (traceability, tokenization, crypto-assets and other digital assets). Céline also advises on managing regulatory risks, adjusting to new regulations (DORA, DMA, DSA, MiCA, GDPR, IA act…) and regulatory defense.

She specializes in European Digital and Financial Compliance.

Her role involves, without limitation, analyzing relevant regulatory requirements, identifying potential risks for the company, obtaining the approvals and authorizations required for their activities and implementing effective policies, procedures, contracts and internal controls to ensure compliance.
