Carolina Soto is the head leader of the Labor Department and Social Security Law at Arias Costa Rica given her extensive experience in the areas.

During her career, she has participated in several labour trials before the Costa Rican Supreme Court and has represented multiple multinational companies before governmental institutions. Also, she has been in charge of large negotiating processes, innovators employer substitution processes and company shutdowns.

Carolina is a seasoned attorney and develops several seminars in labour matters every year, as part of a continuous capacitation program, including employment wellness matters, for current clients and public in general. She has participated in mergers and acquisitions processes that include the most important private banks in Costa Rica, in multinational transactions and complex labour conditions standardization for companies. She provides day-today labour law advice to national and multinational companies from setting up operations to labor daily requirements, regarding the different stages of a labour relationship.
