Career

Roger joined the firm in 2006 and has extensive experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, Real Estate, Labor Law, Mergers and Acquisition and Tax and Fiscal Planning; as well as in administrative proceedings of all kinds and litigations before the Supreme Court of Justice. He has actively participated in legal due diligence for the acquisition and financing of different types of companies, as well as tax audits. He provides counseling to local and international clients in contracts, corporate affairs and investments, including energy, free trade zone, and tourism sectors, among others.

He has also assessed local and foreign clients in the acquisition of real estate and investment structuring, condominium regimen establishments and touristic projects. He participates in the day-to-day tax advisory of national companies in different industries. Additionally, Roger is a Professor of Mercantile and Commercial Law at the Universidad Americana since 2010.
