Ben Buckwalter is a venture fund and corporate partner and leads the firm’s private funds regulatory practice. Ben has focused his practice on financial regulatory and compliance issues for more than fifteen years and has extensive experience representing investment advisers to venture capital funds and private equity funds. Ben advises fund clients on a range of regulatory matters including SEC examinations, enforcement actions, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940. Ben also advises company clients on financial regulatory matters including blockchain and digital asset regulation.
