Ross is a corporate partner in our Los Angeles and San Diego offices.

Ross counsels startup and emerging growth companies through every stage of growth. He also represents leading venture capital firms, growth equity investors and seed funds. He works with companies in a variety of industries including consumer internet, digital media, e-commerce, software, healthcare and life sciences. He has extensive experience supporting founders with strategic advice and coaching; introducing prospective investors; managing financings; advising on general corporate strategy and business plans; and negotiating M&A transactions.
