Jay is a partner in our corporate group and leads our debt finance practice in the Boston office.

Jay focuses exclusively on advising both venture backed and public company clients in all aspects of debt finance and secured transactions.

Jay’s practice involves structuring and negotiating credit facilities for borrowers in a variety of different industries, including tech, software, life sciences, retail and more. The transactions that Jay leads include venture debt (growth capital term loans and working capital lines), recurring revenue facilities, asset-based loans, cash flow loans, and specialty finance products (accounts receivable financing, cash flow lending and asset-backed structures).

Additionally, he has extensive experience with the workout and restructuring of troubled credits, including in connection with the enforcement of lender rights and remedies, as well as bankruptcy financings.
