Jason is a partner in our Silicon Valley office.

Jason specializes in the formation, organization and operation of venture capital and other private equity funds and their general partner and related management company entities. Jason advises funds in all stages of their operations, including fund formation and governance matters, compliance with securities laws, compliance with the Investment Company Act of 1940, the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, ERISA, as well as on other matters pertaining to venture capital and private equity funds.

Jason’s practice also includes the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles. Jason is broadly experienced with corporate formation and governance matters, venture capital financing transactions, and a variety of M&A transaction structures. He represents a wide variety of technology companies from consumer internet, software, telecommunications, and entertainment technology industries.
