Jennifer Villamil has over 7 years of experience in administrative, tax, customs, and commercial law. She has specialized expertise in tax matters, specifically in tax exemptions and customs franchises, administrative tax disputes, as well as in tax audits and assessments, tax and customs litigation, and all types of fiscal, customs, and municipal requests, authorizations, and notifications.

She has participated in projects involving the establishment, merger, absorption, closure, and modification or change of commercial companies, corporate structure analysis, contract structure analysis and review, and legal tax advisory in all areas.

Jennifer has also been involved in the establishment, follow-up, and implementation of projects in the renewable energy sector, public-private partnerships, national investment projects, and agricultural development projects
