Marysol’s practice is focused on providing employment advice for corporate clients, including large multinational firms with operations in Paraguay and local corporations; particularly in issues related to top executives, complex compensation structures, international posting of employees and designing solutions for clients in matters such as personnel restructuring, negociation of terminations and collective and individual negotiations.
