Juan Manuel Albacete, lawyer, mainly works in the Banking and Corporate Department and Tax Department. Partner at Guyer & Regules.

His experience in taxation, agreements related to the public, private sector and financing transactions have led him to participate in an advisory capacity in the most important calls made by the State, advising in sovereign bond offerings and exchange transactions, advising in relation to the public sector, financial and investment structuring, trusts, pension, investment funds and other banking transactions.
