Juan Felipe Fontecha Mejía is a business attorney in Holland & Knight's Bogotá office and focuses his practice on capital markets transactions as well as securities and financial regulation.

Mr. Fontecha is experienced in initial public offerings (IPOs), offering of securities, securitizations, environmental, social and governance (ESG) finance, as well as banking and finance law.

Prior to joining Holland & Knight, Mr. Fontecha was an attorney at the Financial Superintendence of Colombia, the country's banking and capital markets regulator. He also worked at a recognized local bank.
