Career

Florence Moulin advises fund managers on the legal, tax and regulatory aspects of fund formation (feeders, fund of funds, direct funds, continuation and co-investment funds, ELTIFs) and fundraising, including carried-interest schemes. She works mainly on VC, PE, infrastructure, mezzanine, debt, and real estate funds. In addition, Florence assists clients in getting a license from the French AMF to act as regulated fund managers or investment advisors. She assists limited partners in connection with their investments in funds. She is also active on secondary deals (GP lead or LP lead).

Florence was a member of the legal committee of France Invest and of the "Brexit and Asset Management group” of the Legal High Committee for Financial Markets. She is the author of "Les Fonds de Capital Investissement”, the French reference book dedicated to investment funds. She has also contributed to the “Guide des investissements en infrastructures”, an AF2I Guide in partnership with JP Morgan AM.
