Nicolas Brice is a partner in the Government Regulation practice and co-lead the Public Law team of Jones Day in Paris. Nicolas is an experienced lawyer who focuses on public law and regulatory, government contracts, project and infrastructure and administrative litigation under French and European laws.

He advises clients in the proceedings and execution of concessions contracts, procurements, public-private partnerships (PPPs) and project financing across a range of sectors, including transportation, energy and TMT. He advises clients on all infrastructure and utilities sectors. Significant projects he has handled include high speed railway lines, motorways, dams, hospitals, universities, airports, stadiums, telecommunication networks and waste treatment facilities among others, including in the context of PPPs.

Nicolas also handles French and European foreign investments authorization (FDI) and advises on regulatory law (French and European) in Energy, Renewable energy, Telecommunications, Transportation and broadly all regulated sectors.

Nicolas represents clients before administrative courts, both in contractual and extra-contractual litigation, involving the responsibility of administrative agencies.
