Chris Slack is an experienced real estate private equity lawyer, with a focus on fund formation. He advises clients on a diverse range of complex cross-border transactions, including establishing real estate investment funds, separate accounts and joint ventures, as well as investments into real estate funds  (including primary, secondary, and portfolio investments), co-investments, platform transactions, and structured acquisitions and disposals. His clients include investment and alternative asset managers, private equity funds, family offices, pension funds, and other financial institutions.
