Alexandre Wibaux specializes in all aspects of private equity, including venture capital, growth equity, and buyouts, as well as mergers and acquisitions and capital markets transactions. He regularly represents emerging growth technology, healthcare and life sciences companies, as well as venture capital funds, private equity funds, and strategic investors that finance them, in the United States and France. Alexandre works closely with colleagues in multiple practice areas across the globe, to ensure seamless coordination across disciplines and geographies. His recent work includes representing notable companies such as Back Market, Castor, EcoVadis, Karos, Konvu, Pigment, and Sweep. He regularly advises leading investors, including Chalfen Ventures, Daphni, Frst, Hedosophia, henQ, Partech Ventures, Silver Lake, Stride.VC, and Valar Ventures.
